Chief complaint:
A 65 years old male patient with pedal odema, osteoarthritis and constipation , complaining of burning urination,decreased urine output,pedal odema,pain during bowel movements since one week and he is also complaining of lower abdominal pain,lower back pain radiating to groin,tingling sensation and difficulty in walking.
HOPI:
The patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 year ago ,he felt pain in the lower back for which he consulted near by rmp 8 months back and taken medicine but there was no relief 13 days back he went to a camp conducted in his village.they advised him to admit in hospita .after he admitted he was diagnosed with osteoarthritis, for his burning micturition he was examined and diagnosed as cystitis,burning sensation was decreased with medicine and now he is complianing of severe lower back pain. noticed swelling in the lower limb which is insidious in onset,gradually progressive,extending towards knee ,associated with tingling sensation.pain in lower back is aggravated on walking or working ,relieves on rest.he is having constipation since 2 months.stool sample was collected.

no past history of surgeries and accidents.

Local rise of temperature
Tenderness is present
Afibrile
Can feel the urinary bladder on Palpation
